GM Command Helper lo uso el tool dentro de la carpeta lc ¿hay algun librari o algo para el error?

 -Proba de abrirlo como Administrador

Porque el error dice: "Que no tiene los suficientes derechos para abrir el Nksp.exe".

Es por eso que normalmente el Nksp.exe es abierto como Admin y asi deberia tambien que ser el "Tool".

En caso de que funcione pero aparesca una pantalla en negro, tienes que hacer un UAC off (Panel Controlador de Usuario)
